In 1986, senior management acquired the real estate subsidiary, Daniel Corporation, from Fluor Daniel. For 30 years Daniel Corporation was comprised of two operating companies: Daniel Communities and Daniel Commercial, both of which focus on southeastern and mid-Atlantic markets.
