Rancho La Quinta

La Quinta, California

The very essence of California’s Palm Springs golf lifestyle.

Nestled between the historic La Quinta resort and the idyllic Santa Rosa mountains, Rancho LaQuinta remains one of the most beloved golf communities in the Coachella Valley.

Since its inception in 1993, Rancho LaQuinta County Club has become home to the championship course designs of Robert Trent Jones and Jerry Pate and nearly 1,000 residents and members. The resort lifestyle of Rancho LaQuinta is steeped in the history of its famous neighbor, the LaQuinta resort, which has hosted celebrities since 1926 and golf swings from Clark Gable to contestants of The Bachelor over the years. Rancho La Quinta gained its own national acclaim as the home of the PGA’s Skins Game. The stewardship of this iconic community was entrusted to Daniel Communities by the Drummond Company to perpetuate the vision of the company’s patriarch, Gary Neil Drummond. This successful partnership concluded with the buildout of the community and curation of transition of the Club and community to the resident association in 2021.
