Russell Lands, Lake Martin’s most recognized developer of luxury residential neighborhoods, engaged Daniel Communities to help envision and organize a comprehensive resort town strategy for their expansive holdings. Our collaboration orchestrated the collective design talents of renown golf architects Ben Crenshaw and Bill Coore, Land Design, and Cooper Cary, and resulted in a comprehensive development strategy correlating design, environmental, entitlement, construction and market positioning priorities. This work positioned Russell Lands to move seamlessly into development of the Wicker Point golf clubhouse and course.
